How TMS Toolbox handles your information — in short, it doesn't collect any.

Effective date: May 29, 2026 · Last updated: 2026

The short version: TMS Toolbox runs entirely on your device. It does not collect, store, or transmit personal data, patient data, or usage analytics. There are no accounts, ads, or trackers.

Summary

TMS Toolbox ("the App") is designed to respect your privacy. All calculations run on your device. The App does not collect, store, or transmit personal data, patient data, or usage analytics.

What we collect

Nothing. The App does not include analytics, crash reporting, advertising identifiers, or any other telemetry. It does not request access to your contacts, photos, location, microphone, camera, health data, or other sensitive device data.

Network use

The App does not require an internet connection to function, and it does not make outbound network requests in normal operation. Any data you enter — head measurements, motor-evoked-potential responses, threshold estimates — remains on your device.

Data you enter

Values you type into a tool are processed in memory to produce a result and are not sent anywhere. If you tap "Save log to Files," the App writes a plain-text log to your device's local storage. Those files remain on your device until you delete them and are never uploaded to any cloud, server, or backup unless you explicitly choose to share or move them yourself. See the Support page for where these files live.

Data you choose to share

If you contact us by email (for example, info@xeebrah.com) or through the contact form on this website, your name, email address, and the contents of your message will be used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell this information or share it with third parties, and we do not add you to any marketing list.

Third parties & SDKs

The App does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, and it does not share any information with third parties. This website uses a web font from Google Fonts to render its typography; if you prefer, this can be self-hosted. The website itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies.

Children

The App is intended for use by trained healthcare professionals and researchers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from them.

Your rights

Because the App does not collect personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete on our servers. Any information that exists related to your use of the App resides only on your own device and is under your control. If you have emailed us, you may request that we delete your correspondence at any time (see Contact below). Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA); we honor those rights, though in practice we hold almost no data about you.

Retention & deletion

We retain email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable record-keeping, then delete it on request. On-device logs are retained until you delete them; you can remove them at any time from your device's Files app.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
